Special rates for delegates
Regency room $186 + 39 tax = $225
Junior suite $244 + 51 tax = $295 )
NB Tax in Argentina is 21%
There will be cheaper accommodation available at a nearby hotel
Transport from Airport to Hotel can be arranged - charges range from $35 per person one way.
DELEGATE FEE
$600 per person if booked before October 5 (All prices are in USA Dollars)
$700 before Feb 28
$800 after February
This includes welcome cocktail, one lunch and Closing Dinner
Should anyone accompany a delegate but not wish to take part in the Gathering, registration fee will be $400, $500 or $600 depending on when it is booked (dates as for delegates)
They are planning a Balloon release, candle-lighting etc - these are included in the Registration fee.
A CITY TOUR can be booked as an optional extra, also other tours before or after the Gathering.

The maximum number of delegates = 600 / 700
The average temperatures are 10/12C am rising to 20/22C pm.

SIBLINGS The minimum age for attendees is 16 years. Currently there is no Sibling programme, but should enough young siblings attend, a programme will be arranged.
