36 tcf.org.uk L i s a S m a l l , A i n t r e e C o u r s e Thank you to Laura Dove. Laura, is a member of the Norwich TCF support group and entered Run Norwich 10k in memory of her daughter, Beth. Laura raised over £1700 for our charity. She ran the distance in memory of her daughter in an incredible 1 hour 9 mins – TCF and the Norwich group are so proud of you. Lisa Small raised over £1500 in memory of her son Conn. She ran the Aintree racecourse on September 9th. Thank you Lisa and well done. Lisa commented: “I did it! The course turned out to be 6.56km from the starter's orders to the finish line, and it was only the hottest day of the year! Hence, the very red face in the photo… Very special thanks to Kerrie, lifelong friend and godsend, who turned up to support me on the day, (nappy) pins at the ready to attach my runner number. It was a lovely little nod to Conn as a baby”. Congratulations to Lisa Maund who despite floods took on the Great North Run and has a medal to prove it. Thank you so much for raising over £400 for bereaved parents. Lisa decided to run for us after having met our CEO on holiday and hearing all about what we do so be careful if Carolyn is standing next to you! Huge thank you to our amazing fundraisers Laura Dove (on the left) Massive congratulations to Lin Glasby, her son Nick and friends, who took on the fastest zipwire in the world in memory of James raising £1418.
