More information and a nomination form can be found at www.tcf.org.uk/tcfelection2020 How You Can Help TCF’s fundraising income is down this year in line with many charities as nearly all challenge events have been cancelled and people are faced with their own economic challenges. However, if you can, please consider supporting TCF. Here are a few ways you can help: • Sponsor Adrian Bayne as he and some friends walk the 26 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Station via the John Muir Way to North Berwick Station on 26th September. Adrian’s Just Giving page is at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/adrian-bayne • If you shop in John Lewis and/or Waitrose , please go to the customer services desk in store to complete a Community Matters form on TCF’s behalf. The firms are not using green tokens at the moment. Instead three charities are chosen each quarter who will receive an equal amount at the end of the quarter. In the case of Waitrose, the three charities receive an equal share of £1,000 a quarter, and for John Lewis a share of £3,000. • You can support TCF via the Co-op’s Membership Fund till October 2020 . Please see https://membership.coop.co.uk/causes/33171 • If you shop with Amazon , please support TCF by shopping with Amazon Smile and choose TCF for support. https://smile.amazon.co.uk/ch/1082335-0 • If you feel up to having friends round , especially in the warmer weather, maybe consider a coffee morning or afternoon tea in the garden. People love a few cakes! Any monies raised most welcome! Just stay safe! • If you’re thinking about making your will , please do consider leaving a lasting gift to TCF via legacy.
