A Walking Meditation Saturday 18 June, meet at 11.30am “The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path I walk in peace”. Nhat Hahn We invite you to join us on this new type of meditative walk. While an important element of TCF walks is, of course, sharing and talking to one another on this walk we will be mostly walking in silence - focusing on ourselves and engaging with our surroundings to hopefully feel the full benefit of being in nature and in our own peace. Saturday 25 June, Meet at Trelissick, near Truro Mid-Cornwall Wander. Saturday 2 July, Meet: Greenwich Park London, Greenwich Park - informal meet up and walk for parents bereaved by suicide. (No need to register) Saturday 23 July, Meet at Waterloo station, London Parks and Palaces - a London walk. Saturday 23 July, Meet: Keswick Dazzling Derwentwater - walk from Keswick in the beautiful Lake District. Saturday 30 July, Meet Nowton Park Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk - walk in Nowton Park for bereaved parents. Would you like to lead a TCF walk? If you are interested in leading a TCF walk for bereaved parents and siblings in your area please get in touch. We are especially looking for volunteer walk leaders particularly in Scotland and the north of England.
