50TH ANNIVERSARY PRE-REGISTRATION

A variety of activities will be available at our 50th Anniversary Gathering weekend. Please would you help us to manage numbers, spaces and rooms by indicating which activities you are interested in attending by pre-registering here.

Some activities have limited numbers but we will do our best to help everyone get to the activities that most appeal to them.

Please note that all activities are OPTIONAL - you do not have to go to any at all.

The deadline for pre-registering your choice(s) of activities is 18th October 2019.

Please note we ask you to indicate the date you make your selection - so that we can let you know if the session is full. It will be first come, first served. Also note that some activities have a maximum number- so we are sorry if you are unable to attend every session you are signed up for.

Activities SATURDAY 2nd November:

Yoga 7.15 - 8 am (Hatha yoga - for all levels including beginners) Tai chi and chi Kung 7.15 am - 8 pm (gentle session for all - beginners or experienced) Walk in the local area by bereaved dad, Terry 2.15 - 3.45 pm Workshop for TCF volunteers only - Creating space for tears, anger, laughter and joy in the support group setting 2.15 - 3.10 pm A Love That Never Dies - film - plus discussion with film-makers Jane Harris and Jimmy Edmonds 2.15 pm -3.30 pm Knit (and crochet) and natter 2.15 pm continuing until 3.30 pm Floral workshop 2.15 - 3.30 pm (max 20) Relaxation workshop FULLY BOOKED Outing to Bletchley Park - with packed lunch 1 pm - 4 pm

Activities SUNDAY 3rd November:

Pilates (beginners and all levels) 7.15 - 8 am Water Aerobics 7 - 7.50 am (max 20)
