This is a confidential service and The Compassionate Friends will not record individual webchats.
All our volunteers are bereaved parents themselves and are there to:
• Listen and care when you need someone to talk to
•Offer emotional support and an opportunity to talk through your feelings
•Put you in touch, where possible, with your nearest local or group support or other peer to peer support
•Supply supportive leaflets and newsletters by email or post
• Signpost you to other services and useful sources of information

We are sorry but we cannot respond to any messages sent out of those hours but you can call our National Helpline on 0345 123 2304 10 am – 4 pm or 7 -10 pm every day of the week (including weekends) or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our online chat is designed to help you express and manage your feelings around your grief when you feel like you need some support and understanding from another bereaved parent.
