"Look Out and Remember" Memorial Garden, Folkestone
Hythe TCF warmly invite you to our Worldwide Candle Lighting at the beautiful "Look Out and Remember" Memorial Garden (Sandgate entrance, via Radnor Cliff. Enter the coastal park and the Look Out and Remember garden is immediately on your right). Parking is available 100 yards into the Lower Leas Coastal Park on the right, or in the roads near the entrance to the Sandgate end of the Park.
Please bring your candle in a jam jar or storm lantern, as it may be windy. As we light our candles in the dark, read poems and say our children's names out loud, we can hear the constant rolling of waves on the shingle beach just below us. It's really speciall, moving way to remember our children.
You are welcome to bring warm drinks and snacks to have at LOAR.
