A Walk Along The Thames

A Walk along The Thames
The 5th in the series of Summer walks around London will be on Saturday 31st August. We will meet at Waterloo Railway Station on the main concourse underneath the clock.
From Waterloo we will catch a train to Wandsworth Town which takes only 13 minutes and the walk will finish at Barnes Bridge from where we will take a train back to Waterloo.
The walk will cover a particularly attractive stretch of the River Thames encompassing some wonderful views and impressive architecture. Included are Hammersmith Bridge, the Harrods Furniture Depositary and many lovely and interesting riverside houses.
Lunch will be at a pleasant cafe and there will be the option of a post-walk tipple for those who want to stay.
There is no need to book. Just meet us on the day.
Call or text Terry Ahern on 07753832929 if you’re running late.
