Candles lit at 7 pm
The Annual Worldwide Candle Lighting gives bereaved families everywhere the opportunity for a time of quiet reflection and to remember their children, siblings and grandchildren.
...so that their light may always shine...
This year, as restrictions continue throughout the country, we warmly invite you to join us in a special online event where we will share some words and light candles together to honour and remember all our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and grandchildren who left too soon.

Please note this event is for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents only. Thanks for your understanding.
Holding your candle safely - make a Memory Candle Jar
Some of you may know that at our retreats and gatherings we often make candle jars to take a tealight in memory of our child, sibling or grandchild. We usually light these during our time together. If you'd like to make a candle jar to bring along to the candle lighting on 13 December, helpful guidance and some instructions here.
Or perhaps you made a holder at one of our retreats - if so please bring it along.
However you decide to bring your own candle to the event, please do ensure it is held safely in a container or holder. Thank you.
We look forward very much to seeing you there and sharing this special time of remembrance with you.
