THIS OVERNIGHT RETREAT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED

Join us for a Supportive Weekend for Adult Bereaved Siblings

A one-day overnight Retreat Weekend - from lunchtime Saturday 11 March until after lunch Sunday 12 March 2017 - especially for bereaved brothers and sisters in their 20s, 30s and 40s.

This will be a unique opportunity to meet in a safe place and share with others who have experienced the loss of a sibling early in life. In a relaxed and comfortable environment you can find support and understanding, strategies to cope with life after loss, and build resilience for the future.

Although held at Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre, please note that this is not a religious event.

The cost for the Weekend, including all accommodation, meals and activities from Saturday lunchtime until Sunday after lunch is £75 per person.

There are also some places available in shared rooms at the Weekend for £45 per person, all inclusive.

Please note that the age guidance is due to limited availability of rooms and resources for this retreat. Older siblings are warmly welcome to many of TCF’s other retreats and weekend gatherings. More details at EVENTS.

About Woodbrooke

Please also note Woodbrooke is an alcohol-free building. Alcohol is not permitted in any of the public areas. Smoking is permitted in the allocated smoking area in the grounds.

Woodbrooke is approx. 5 miles south of Birmingham city centre. If travelling by train, travel to Birmingham New Street station, and either take a taxi or 61 or 63 bus direct to the door of Woodbrooke, or one of the regular trains to Selly Oak station (10 minute train journey). We will arrange lifts from Selly Oak station to Woodbrooke.
