Louise Hill is fundraising for The Compassionate Friends.
Louise writes..."I have decided to run my first marathon this year in Liverpool on the 28th of May. This is a massive challenge for me and one that i will need to put some serious training into in order to successfully complete it. When i decided to tackle this distance I knew I wanted to fundraise for a charity that has helped my close family following the death of my beloved niece Leah Davies in 2012.
The Compassionate Friends is the charity I will be supporting and fundraising for. No parent expects to lose their child and the resulting impact the loss and grief has on their and the wider family's lives cannot be underestimated. This charity helps bereaved parents and families through this difficult time by providing friendship, hope and support. Please help by donating whatever you can so they can continue their work".
