In memory of George Edwards

George was creative in every way. He had the most amazing imagination and saw everything differently. From the minute he could hold a pen he drew and developed his own characters. Everything George drew had a comic personality and made you smile. He brought them to life in plastercine when he was little. He would spend hours and days wrapped up in his imagination and creativity. As he got older and was interested in film and music particularly rap he wrote some lyrics and made some funny sketch films on youtube. George had aspirations of working in film or music designing albums.

He also loved gaming like most boys and spent a lot of time gaming with his friends over the years. His online persona’s included georgethehorse, shibuya, shibooyah and the one he was best know as cheekybananaboy. He was loyal, empathetic, sensitive and a confidante for his friends and he cared deeply for them. He carried through his sense of humour sending them jokes and memes.

He was very caring and gave his friends a lot of support and worried about them. He was interested in politics and american politics and was socialist in his views and wanted the best for people and for the world to be fair and kind.

To sum up, George was different. He was unique and quirky with such a sense of fun and humour but he was a very sensitive and gentle person who struggled in his teens as he did not fit any boy stereotype and was happier in female company. He was intelligent, emphatic and kind and he was simply George.

We will love and miss you forever George xxx We will honour and carry you in our hearts everyday for the rest of our lives. Always Mum & Dad xxx
