Daniel's take on life was one where adventure was key. Being in the British Army as part of a team supporting Apache helicopters was his life. It gave him so many opportunities to see places and experience life to the full. Adventurous activities such as skiing, snowboarding and sailing were all part of Army life. His illness and diagnosis never changed his outlook and he always wanted his friends and family to live life with no restrictions.
Daniel passed away in September 2016 aged 21 and we promised him we would continue with our travels and have adventures and we now do so in his memory.
Our plan this year to get out on our bikes and we will be traveling coast to coast from Southport on the West to Hornsea in the East using the Trans Pennine Trail and we would welcome any support for this endeavour and to help other bereaved parents and to help raise funds for our local TCF Group to continue to hire the local village hall for our monthly meetings.
