We're moving!

On Monday 24th July the UK national office of The Compassionate Friends will move to:

We hope there will be as little disruption as possible caused by the move and you will still be able to contact us as usual - but please bear with us if you do experience any problems getting hold of us or delays in responses.

We have been so very grateful for our wonderful offices in Jessica’s Heart in Deptford – a generous gift for the last nearly 5 years from Stephen, Jannet and Anna Mathers and The Jessica Mathers Trust. We will be so sad to leave this beautiful building which was designed so lovingly in memory of Jessica Mathers. Thank you again to JMT for housing our charity in this unique building for the last 5 years.

Our larger space in Kilburn, North London will be the new home for our expanding national office, as well as our postal library, run by our wonderful volunteer librarian, Mary. We also have some additional meeting room space.

Please note that the Helpline telephone number 0345 123 2304 will not be affected. Our Helpline is open from 10am – 4pm, 7-10pm every day. Your call to our Helpline will be answered by a trained volunteer bereaved parent who is there to listen and to offer support and understanding. You can also email the Helpline on helpline@tcf.org.uk.
