Support and information for families who have lost a loved one to meningitis and everyone who has suffered and recovered from meningitis. Free counselling, online support and befrienders throughout the UK. Family days - children who have meningitis or lost someone to it. Financial grants including a grant up to £1000 for funeral or headstone costs for the individual who has died from meningitis.

Services: Willl support around practical arrangements following a death. This NHS team of advisors will deal with any and every question related to a death. If they don't have the answer, they will try to signpost to someone who does. This information service is free and impartial and works with individuals to identify the best solution in their circumstances using straight-forward language. This is combined with empathy and understanding of the experience of bereavement and if required, directing individuals to longer term sources of emotional support,
