Respite/holiday support for bereaved families
Keisha's Blessing
Website: https://www.keishasblessing.org/
Services: Keisha's Blessing support bereaved parents and family members (who are usually between 6 months to 3 years bereaved) by offering a respite break. They make all the arrangements; including travel costs and accommodation. Ker Keisha provides a quiet independent space. If you are interested in staying at Ker Keisha you will need to be referred via a professional care team member from the charity that has helped you, such as Young Lives vs Cancer, your hospice, or a bereavement counsellor. They should contact the website with your details. Once referred they will contact you directly and arrange a face-to-face meeting to talk about your stay and travel arrangements. As in life, every family is different. Each break is tailor-made to ensure staying at Ker Keisha is a restoring experience.
